Campden Hill Court
This project involves the full modernisation of six traction passenger lifts located within a private residential development. The existing lifts operate at a rated speed of 0.63 m/s and include a variation of both top-drive and bottom-drive configurations.
The scope of works includes complete back-to-guide modernisations for all units, replacing outdated components with modern, energy-efficient systems while ensuring compliance with current safety and performance standards. The modernisation will improve ride quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability, providing residents with a safer and more efficient vertical transportation system.

Panoramic
This project comprises the full modernisation of a triplex group of traction passenger lifts serving a 24-floor private residential building. The existing lifts operate at a rated speed of 2.5 m/s, providing high-rise vertical transportation for residents.
The modernisation works will include complete replacement of key lift systems and controls to bring the equipment up to current performance, safety, and energy-efficiency standards. Upgrades will enhance ride quality, system reliability, and long-term maintainability, ensuring the lift group continues to meet the demands of a modern high-rise residential environment.
