Campden Hill Court

This project involves the full modernisation of six traction passenger lifts located within a private residential development. The existing lifts operate at a rated speed of 0.63 m/s and include a variation of both top-drive and bottom-drive configurations.

The scope of works includes complete back-to-guide modernisations for all units, replacing outdated components with modern, energy-efficient systems while ensuring compliance with current safety and performance standards. The modernisation will improve ride quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability, providing residents with a safer and more efficient vertical transportation system.
